Why Robby and Tim started Vitality.
Robby and Tim founded Vitality Mechanical in 2025 to build a company that puts its people first, without outside shareholders pulling it in other directions. They met at a private equity owned paving contractor doing over $100 million a year. Together they helped grow that business to record earnings through some difficult years. The number they are proudest of, though, is turnover: down from 60% to 35%. That came from listening to their people and building a culture on trust.
Take care of your team and lead with genuine empathy, and the rest takes care of itself. It’s not signs on a wall or a polished presentation. It’s real human interaction.
